My College : My Pride

 It is truly said that “an investment in knowledge always pays the best interest .” I intended to pursue a career in Journalism and Mass communication. I saw CGC Jhanjeri as the Holy Grail of education. I have the advantages of a gorgeous location, a quiet environment and lots of greenery. College is offering me the impressive, intellectual and technical resources and confidence of knowing that I would be getting the most forward focused education in Journalism.

>Most colleges have very liberal and progressive ideologies out of which CGC-J have somethings beyond than that,

*Canteen

"A place where great idea and bad decisions are born" Canteen, a remarkable place as whenever students get time and used to chill.

*Library

It is truly said that a Library is the heart of an institution. College’s Library is an amazing place that builds communities.

 

*Teachers

If I talk about my Teachers ,they become more or less like our friends and we share our troubles and we find and create ourselves. I have got wonderful professors. I would like to thank them for excellent teaching during a great first semester at college .Their patience level and the method of teaching is really admirable specially during online classes .They always keep the energy levels of the students high with lots of knowledge sharing sessions ,activities and quizzes in offline and online classes .

*Friends

Though responsibilities are part of our life, friends are important too. Friendship made in college is an important part of personal decision because we accept people judiciously. I would like to thank my seniors and Batch mates who gave me the encouragement and advice I need to grow and succeed.

*Achievement
If I talk about my achievements during the first semester, I got first place in the Dance competition and won a digital watch and cash prize. In another competition on the eve of Christmas my thought was selected and I won a speaker. I participated in many competitions and activities. But that was only possible because my lovely teachers inspired and motivated me to achieve things .They have taught me that fun and sincerity should always be well balanced.

In a nutshell, I would like to say that I am lucky to get a chance to study in this reputed institution as it is the most remarkable and loveable time of my life .I am thinking differently. I am studying and living life to the fullest .I pray to God to give me the strength I need to succeed in life. I am thankful for another wonderful semester at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri .
