A miserable incident took place in the national capital on Thursday midday. According to fire department officials , they came upon a call about the flak incident nearby at 2:15 PM in midday in a school bus at well known place Rohini in Delhi .  Once the call ended, Two officials of the respective department rushed to the spot.
